Vice-Captains 1500 word training, and 150 point cost.
Seated Officers 3000 word training, and 300 point cost

Unseated officers simply are not strong enough to get a Bankai.

Vasto Lordes: 1000 word training, and 100 point cost.
Adjuchas: 1500 word training, and 150 point cost.
Gillian: 3000 word training, and 300 point cost

Students are not strong enough to train for their Dispertia.

Uchiha

---

First Tomoe Sharingan: 500 word training, 50 point cost.
Second Tomoe Sharinigan: 1000 word training, 100 point cost.
Full Sharinigan: 2000 word Training, 200 point cost.

Mangekyō Sharingan: 5000 word training, 500 point cost.
Further more you must role play out, the sitituation were you eyes awaken for the first time. Afterward each use will set your character closer to being blind.
After 10 uses, slight blur to vision
After 20 uses, watery vision
After 30 uses, partial blindness in both eyes.
After 40 uses, completely blind.

Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan: 7000 word training, 700 point cost.
YOU MUST ACTUALLY STEAL ANOTHER EYE, BEFORE YOU START YOUR TRAINING!!!! That set of eyes must also be of Mangekyō Sharingan level.
